Sorry, another depressing death and dying post. But the L.A. Times had a great obit about this artist in their July 10 edition. This guy was "the" artist of The Monterey Pop Festival,designer of the original poster art of the festival, and the artist for the Neil Young Harvest album cover art. And He was from Long Beach, not San Francisco! He had completed a biography and I guess it will be up to His family to get it published. I know I'll be first in line to buy it if they do.
